RediRedi is a global digital commerce platform that empowers small businesses to sell online efficiently, intelligently, and at scale. By combining technology with simplicity, it assists entrepreneurs in creating AI-powered digital catalogs, centralizing operations, and enhancing results across multiple channels.

Over three years of partnership with ília, RediRedi has solidified its position as a leader in digital performance for small retail. The next strategic step was clear: scale product listings on marketplaces with consistency, speed, and a focus on conversion.

Together, we developed a generative AI-based solution that automates catalog and product description creation. What was once done manually now occurs seamlessly and consistently, without sacrificing personalization or commercial impact.

Beyond efficiency gains, RediRedi strengthened its value proposition and accelerated its ability to deliver tangible results for thousands of businesses across its base.

The Challenge

To scale the user experience and automate processes intelligently, we structured an architecture based on Multi-Agent Systems integrated by Language Models (LLMs), capable of acting in a coordinated and strategic manner at various points in the retailer’s journey. The goal was clear: reduce operational friction, enhance commercial performance, and transform how small businesses operate digitally.

The solution encompasses an ecosystem of specialized agents, each with a specific function:

  • Sales Knowledge Agent: Guides the retailer with best practices in commercial language, optimizing communication with end customers and expanding conversion potential.
  • Real-Time Data AI: Accesses up-to-date store information to support decisions, dynamically adjust strategies, and drive results with agility.
  • Automated Title and Description Generation: Applies AI-driven copywriting best practices, optimizing content for SEO and maximizing performance on digital storefronts.
  • Automated Product Image Creation: Generates visual merchandising from descriptions, reducing manual effort and increasing the attractiveness of online sales points.
  • Redi: Virtual Assistant on WhatsApp and App: Integrated with store data, Redi functions as an intelligent co-pilot for the retailer, offering:

  • Instant queries about product status;
  • Suggestions to boost sales;
  • Support in cataloging new items.

     

With a seamless experience integrated into the seller’s real workflow, the solution enhances operational efficiency, personalizes the shopping journey, and accelerates the digital transformation of retail.

The Journey

Initially focused on the marketplace sector, RediRedi operated with an established audience of experienced sellers.

However, upon analyzing user behavior, we identified a strategic opportunity: the growing presence of small entrepreneurs selling exclusively through channels like WhatsApp and Instagram.

We supported RediRedi in repositioning the platform, directing focus toward digital small entrepreneurs.

Through usage analytics and customer profiles, we helped develop more accessible, user-centered solutions. By integrating AI into the back office, the platform began to predict churn, understand cancellation causes, and identify retention opportunities, enabling faster, data-driven decisions.

The result is a more agile platform, prepared to accompany entrepreneurs’ growth at different stages, with data-guided decisions and a long-term product vision.
