Supporting our strategic objective, ília university aims to disseminate our internal knowledge and improve learning of tools, methodologies, languages and other market themes, seeking to optimize time and resources, as well as improving the quality of our deliveries.

MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE
Our plans have full coverage and no co-payment. Membership is optional and a symbolic amount is deducted directly from the paycheck. Both plans can be extended to direct dependents.

BYOD
Bring Your Own Device – If you want to use your own equipment, ília will pay you a monthly fee. But don’t worry, we offer all the equipment you need for your work if you choose not to adopt BYOD.
