Seguraí is a virtual consultant based on generative AI developed to drive innovation in the insurance sector. The solution automates the understanding of coverages and assistance for policyholders, using natural language processing and models trained on the insurance market to deliver personalized service, agility, and information security.

We structured a virtual assistant based on a private LLM (Anthropic) hosted on AWS Bedrock in dedicated infrastructure. We used Named Entity Recognition (NER) and Open Insurance rules to interpret complex documents. The solution processes data internally without traveling through the internet, combining governance, cost reduction, and high precision.
